Using Our Shopping Cart
- To purchase any of the titles below, simply click the associated PayPal icon to add the title to your PayPal shopping cart. Return to this page to add other items to your cart until you are finished. (Remember that you can delete items in your shopping cart as well as change order quantities there.)
- Because our shopping cart is a simple one, we have made each price a bundled amount including USPS Priority Mail domestic shipping, which can be used for any US destination including APO and FPO.
- We do not have any means for charging combined shipping, but in general we can ship any two books for the price of one. Your order will be shipped at the lowest possible combined rate.
- Connecticut sales tax of 6.35% will be added to all shipments to addresses within Connecticut.
- If you are requesting shipment to an address outside the US, you must add the International Priority Mail surcharge to your order. In most cases, we can ship up to two books for one surcharge.
- If the shopping cart overcalculates the total (as it will if you order multiple copies or titles) we will refund any excess shipping or tax when we process your order.
